We process account and contact data, messages and attachments, CV, experience, language, evidence, recognition and visa status, career preferences and employer requirements. Purposes include answering the enquiry, verification, initial assessment, profiles, matching, recognition and relocation support, platform security and legal obligations.
Depending on the activity, processing relies on pre-contractual or contractual steps, consent, legitimate interests in safe operation, and legal duties. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing at any time.
Necessary data may reach authorised staff, verified employers after your approval, and hosting, storage, email and authentication providers. Recognition or relocation advisers are involved only under a clear mandate. We do not sell data.
Profiles begin anonymously. Name, image and contact details are disclosed only after review and mutual consent. Scores and rankings are decision support; no legally or professionally significant decision is based solely on automated processing.
Hosting or communication may require processing outside the country of residence. Where required, we use a permitted transfer basis and suitable safeguards and restrict access.
Active cases are kept while services are delivered. Contact-form attachments are retained for no more than 180 days unless a documented service process begins or deletion is requested earlier. Legal retention duties remain unaffected.
